With nearly 20 years’ professional experience working with businesses and organisations, including more than 10 years spent on strategic projects involving the complete overhaul of the after-sales service at Lexmark International, Dirk decided to set up his own consultancy firm to support businesses.

There are two of us, so you’re not alone. We offer you a safe space to discuss all the challenges, problems and ideas that come to mind. A space for discussion, organised and structured to help you find solutions and answers to your questions.

We believe coaching methods are best suited to this. Together, we will analyse the challenges and identify the best options for addressing them. But these are YOUR solutions. The coach acts as a facilitator. Through their questions, they help you engage in deep reflection to clarify all aspects of the issue.
