Project coaching

In an environment where projects are becoming increasingly complex, the real challenge lies not only in the methodology, but in the ability of individuals and teams to deliver results over the long term. Our project coaching service aims to strengthen this ability by working at both the individual and collective levels.

Objectives of coaching

The aim of project coaching is to:

  • Clarify objectives, roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop leadership and communication skills.
  • Manage priorities, risks and unforeseen events more effectively.
  • Improve collaboration and the quality of decision-making.
  • Prevent burnout and maintain motivation throughout the project.

We offer two complementary formats:

  • one-to-one coaching
  • group coaching.

Individual coaching

Individual coaching is aimed at project managers, sponsors, team leaders or anyone in a key role within a project.

In this context, I support the individual with their specific project challenges:

  • Taking a step back to assess the situation and the decisions to be made.
  • Managing difficult stakeholders and tensions.
  • Strengthening their leadership style, confidence and impact.
  • Organising their work and communication more effectively.
  • Navigating critical project phases (launches, crises, changes in scope, etc.).

Sessions are confidential, focused on real-life situations, with a clear action plan agreed upon between each session.

Group / Project Team Coaching

Group coaching is aimed at an entire project team or a group of project leaders / managers.

The aim is to create a safe space where the group can:

  • Align the project’s vision, expectations and priorities.
  • Improve cooperation, the flow of information and decision-making.
  • Work on obstacles (conflicts, silos, lack of clarity) and drivers (trust, support, accountability).
  • Develop shared practices (steering rituals, risk management, feedback, retrospectives).

Group sessions combine discussion, guided reflection, role-playing and the joint development of solutions that can be directly applied to the project.

Benefits for the organisation

By combining individual coaching and group coaching, the organisation benefits from:

  • Better-managed and smoother-running projects.
  • Stronger, more autonomous and better-aligned project leaders.
  • More committed, cooperative and resilient teams.
  • A project culture that is becoming more mature and effective.
